User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter also the "Agreement") governs the use of the Website features and the general terms of possible provision of Services between the Provider (hereinafter also the "Website Owner"), on the one hand, and an individual or legal entity Customer who has accepted the terms of this Agreement by acceding to it in full and without reservations (hereinafter also the "Website User"), on the other hand, collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".
This Agreement and the relations of the Parties arising from it are governed by applicable law.
General Provisions of the User Agreement
This document and the related relations of the Parties use the following terms and definitions:
- Owner's Website / Website — an internet website hosted on the Website Owner's domain and its subdomains.
- Agreement — this agreement with all amendments and supplements.
- Administration/representative of the Website, Website Owner — a person authorized by the Website Owner to perform actions provided for by the Agreement.
- Visitor — any person who visits the Website and uses its features to view content posted on the Website.
- User — a capable individual who has joined this Agreement for their own benefit or acts on behalf of and in the interests of a legal entity they represent.
Any Website visitor may voluntarily complete the provided form and become a User.
The Website contains information and materials about goods and services that may later be provided to the user upon conclusion of an actual Contract. If an individual registers as a user on behalf of an entity they are authorized to represent, this means the legal entity accepts the agreement in full with the corresponding consequences.
In particular, when using the Website, the User may not impersonate another person or representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient authority, including Website employees, or use any other forms and methods of unlawful representation of other persons on the Internet, or mislead Users, the Website, and its representatives regarding the properties and characteristics of any subjects or objects.
If a violation of rights and/or interests related to the use of the Website is detected, including by another User, the Website Owner should be notified by written message, phone message, with a detailed description of the circumstances of the violation and/or a hyperlink to the page containing materials that violate the relevant rights and/or interests of the Website.
Intellectual Property
All objects available through the Website, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, video, computer programs, databases, music, sounds, and other objects posted on the Website, are intellectual property of the Website and other rights holders.
Use of the Website in other ways, including copying (reproduction) of Content posted on the Website, as well as design elements, computer programs and databases that are part of the Website, their decompilation, modification, further distribution, public display, or making available to the public is strictly prohibited unless otherwise provided by this Agreement and concluded Contracts.

Use of the Website and Content posted on it by the User for personal non-commercial use is permitted provided all copyright laws, related rights, trademarks, and other authorship notices are observed, and the name (or pseudonym) of the author and the name of the rights holder are preserved unchanged.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites on the Internet. Such third parties and their content are not verified by the Website for compliance with any requirements. The Website is not responsible for any information or materials posted on third-party websites to which the User gains access through use of the Website.
Links (in any form) to any website, product, service, or any commercial or non-commercial information posted on the Website do not constitute approval or recommendation of such products (services, activities) by the Website, except where the Website expressly indicates otherwise.
Notifications
The Website Owner/Administration/Website representative and persons represented by the Website may send the User informational electronic messages to the email address, phone, or social media page link provided by the User about events occurring within the Website or related to it and the persons it represents.
Privacy Policy
This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") posted and/or available on the Internet on the Website domain, as well as other agreements that may be concluded with the User.
By using the Website services, the User expresses consent to the Website personal data privacy policy (hereinafter the Privacy Policy) and voluntarily gives written consent to the following methods of processing Personal Information: collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification (updating), modification, extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction for the purposes established by this Policy.
The Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that the Website may receive about the Client/User while using the website, programs, and website products.

The Website may use the Client/User personal data for the purpose of:

Technical Information

For the purpose of concluding Contracts, the User may also provide the following personal data about themselves or about an organization and its representatives on whose behalf they act: full name, position, phone number; additionally, the name, corporate registration data (company code, tax number), registration and mailing address of such organization, corporate phone number, bank account, servicing bank name, correspondent account, etc. may be provided.
Obligations of the Parties
The User is obliged to:
- Provide personal data information necessary to use the Website under the Agreement or to conclude a Contract.
- If concluding a Contract with the Website Owner, update or supplement the provided personal data information if such information changes.
The Administration/representative of the Website / Website Owner is obliged to:
- Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
- Ensure storage of confidential information, not disclose it without prior User consent, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose transferred User personal data.
- Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of User personal data according to procedures commonly used to protect such information in existing business practice.
- Destroy or block personal data belonging to the relevant User from the moment of appeal or request by the User, their legal representative, or authorized body for protection of personal data subjects' rights.
Protection of Collected Information
- The Website takes all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of User data. Only Website employees who need to perform work functions requiring access to personal data have access to User information.
- The User acknowledges that if the User negligently stores personal data that provides access to them, third parties may gain unauthorized access. The Website is not liable for damages caused by such access.
Additional Terms
The Administration/representative of the Website / Website Owner has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without User consent or notice. The User is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
The current version of the Policy is posted on the Provider's Website and its subdomains on the Internet.
This PRIVACY POLICY is developed and operates within the framework of applicable EU legislation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
